THE TEAM

Lee-Head-Shot

Lee

Lee Marchbanks has over 10 years experience in the restaurant industry. Lee’s expertise in southern cuisine and BBQ are a product of his dedication to preserving southern food traditions through recipes, local farms, and cooking techniques. Lee began cooking in restaurants while studying music composition at the College of Charleston. Having decided he was much more passionate about food than about music, Lee continued his culinary career in Charleston and then in Denver. Lee is excited to call Brevard home and to be a part of the rich culinary traditions of the community.

Keavy-headshot

Keavy

Keavy McAbee is an avid craft beer enthusiast, having sampled beer at countless breweries and sought out unique beers from all over the world. To Keavy, craft beer is much like Southern cuisine, approachable yet complex, rich in tradition, and meant to be shared with friends. As a native of Upstate South Carolina, Keavy is passionate about the growth of the local craft beer community in the region. She is currently pursuing accreditation as a Cicerone. As manager of the craft beer program, Keavy’s mission is to share her love of beer at the restaurant.
